So, here I am on the 7th day of my 90 day challenge and I'm loving it! I really feel like I finally have a plan.
Usually, when I start a diet regimen I am screaming by this time. I count every ounce on the scale and stamp my feet when I don't get the NUMBER I want.
I have finally come to realize that any goal I set for myself will take time. But, the difference this time is that my goal has been MEASURED. That's right. I think most people would agree with me that when we set some "goal" or "resolution" (wink, wink) we often put it out there into dreamland instead of bringing it into reality. The easy part about that is if we don't reach the goal, then it's ok, cause we didn't really put down the steps that we need to in the TIME we needed to do them in. I know this pertains with everything in life. Relationships, careers, businesses, and mostly with health. Most people will never take the MOMENT, the SECOND it takes to take the tiny steps necessary so that they can continue moving forward. We will look at the overwhelmingly, enormous goal and never believe we are capable of achieving it. I love being on this challenge for soooo many reasons. It fits into my life. It's simple. It's been structured FOR me, so that I don't have to figure it out. I just follow the steps. And above all...........I COMMITT to it. This is as REAL as it gets.
